Instructions
  1. Create a dry powder-Mix half tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder with one-fourth the tumeric, all the garam masala and pinch of salt (about 1/2 tsp) and mix it.
  2. Dip the paneer pieces in the spice mix and coat well. Else mix all of it together in a bowl so the paneer is well coated.
  3. Prepare the batter by cracking an egg in a bowl and add a pinch of salt, Now add the rest of the chilli powder and turmeric and the kasuri methi and mix well.
  4. Now add psyllium husk 1 tsp in the bowl until the mixture is nice and thick like a batter.
  5. Dip the paneer in the batter and then cook deep fry.
  6. Cook till the batter is nice and golden brown.
  7. Serve them hot and with Keto green chutney or little bit of sauce.
